RBI Grade B is one of the most significant banking exams conducted across the country. Lakhs of aspirants appear for these exams every year. This makes the RBI Grade B exams one of the toughest and the most competitive government job entrance exams in the nation.
The RBI Assistant is a clerical position that involves maintaining files, collecting receipts, balancing ledgers, and verifying bank documents. The Assistant also issues and circulates new currency, responds to emails, and maintains a record of emails sent and received. These responsibilities are performed in various RBI regional offices, usually in state capitals, and the Assistant works five days a week, including gazetted holidays.
